What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email, company, budget range and what you write about the project. We use it to reply and to prepare a quote, and for nothing else.

Where it lives

Form messages are stored by our website host and forwarded to the studio inbox. We keep project emails for seven years because Dutch tax law asks us to, and we delete briefs that did not turn into projects after one year.

Analytics

We count visits with our host’s cookie-free analytics. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share data with anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to hello@kaderotterdam.nl. We answer within a month, and usually within a week.
