The short version of how we quote, invoice and hand over work.

Quotes and payment
Every quote is fixed and valid for thirty days. A 30% deposit books the start date. The rest is invoiced in two parts, at design sign-off and at launch, with fourteen days to pay.
Changes
If the scope changes, we write down what changes and what it costs before any work on it starts.
Ownership
Once the final invoice is paid, you own the final files. We may show the work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Stopping a project
Either side can stop a project with two weeks notice. You pay for the work done up to that point, and the deposit is not refunded.

Two project slots are open for spring 2027. Tell us what you are making, and Noor will reply within one working day with dates and a first estimate.
